An hour long class dedicated to your UPPER body. Arms, chest, back and shoulders will all be worked.

Service Description

An hour long class dedicated to your UPPER body. Arms, chest, back and shoulders will all be worked. A combination of boxing to get your heart rate up and muscles warm, weighted exercises to build strength and body weight exercises to work on your core stability. All finished off with some abdominal exercises to complete the hour.
