Lauren's main focus is to make sure her clients look and feel better than they ever have! Training sessions will be planned encompassing a range of training techniques including, cardiovascular circuits to get the heart rate up and body weight and resistance training to build muscle and tone!
Her motto is "Strong is the new skinny" and her training programmes definitely reflect this.
Hannah - Personal Trainer & Class Teacher
Having recently joined the Sweatroom family, I will be bringing lots of energy to the studio in my PT sessions, through my love of sport and determination to help people reach their fitness goals. Coming from a family within the industry, I have been brought up learning the ins and outs of the field, but my age and qualification allow me to bring innovative ideas to the table and personalise all my sessions to focus on the clients needs.

Tom has a degree in Sports Therapy BSc (Hons) which has allowed him to access, treat, rehabilitate clients with previous or on going injuries.
Tom specialises in creating innovative and effective training programmes specific to all client needs.
This ranges from weight loss and muscle gain to sport specific functionality and event training.
Paula - Personal Trainer & Class Teacher

Paula started working in the Health and Fitness industry over 14 years ago and has accumulated a wide variety of qualifications in body sculpting, gaining muscle, cardiovascular programs, power plate, pre and post natal, kettle bells, TRX, boxing and nutrition.
This diversity of qualifications has allowed her to fulfil her role as a class teacher and personal trainer.
Paula is passionate about training and focuses on helping her clients reach their goals with positive energy and achievable programs. She believes in good nutrition and encourages her clients to find the right balance with their eating habits and lifestyle.
Mike - Personal Trainer

Mike has spent the majority of his life teaching and coaching skills through sport, and has utilised the gym to shape clients into the true athletes that they are.
So with a combined knowledge of biomechanics and athletic training Mike truly understands what you want, and how to get you to whichever goal you strive for.
Luke - Personal Trainer

Growing up in a household of fitness fanatics has made Luke fall in love with the industry. Having played competitive rugby as a young man, he has always maintained a high level of fitness. Luke's Level 3 Personal Training qualification and love of fitness makes for a great mix for focus and practicality.
Luke specialises in boxing and all types of resistance training and his programmes are designed to help achieve body transformations, weight loss and lean muscle gain.

Sarah - Personal Trainer & Class Teacher
“Every champion was once a competitor who refused to give up!
After a considerable time as a competitive runner throughout her University Years, Sarah naturally made the transition to Group Exercise Instructor and subsequently a Level 3 Personal Trainer.
Teaching Group Exercise for the past 14 years has been a passion of hers, with classes including Les Mills Body Combat, Barre, Body Conditioning, Power Pump, Indoor Group Cycling, Core Tone and HIIT and more recently Pilates Mat Diploma/Instructor. Sarah is also qualified to teach on Power Plate and has a real passion for functional body weight training.

Shervin - Boxing & Kickboxing Teacher
Shervin started his martial arts career in primary school with judo then continued to train and travelled all around Europe competing internationally.
