Everything from the waist down; glutes, hamstrings, quads. If you are looking to improve strength, tone and build lean muscle in your legs and get a sweat on, this is the class for you. A mixture of kettlebells, resistance bands, the odd bit of HIIT and body weight exercises will all be used throughout the hour to get your glutes burning and legs pumping.
