A high intensity workout class involving all areas of boxing - both glove to glove sparring and boxing drills to work on your all round fitness. Our BOX class will help to enhance your boxing skills, technique and co-ordination, as well as get a sweat on with this high energy cardiovascular session - you won’t be how quickly the hour passes!
