A Ballet inspired workout, programmed to target the entire body, making your all your workouts more effective. Whether you are completely new to Barre, or you have already mastered the plie squat, this is a fun way to strengthen, tone & move! You will improve your posture, overall flexibility and of course tone the legs, tummy & derriere! Classes can vary to include the use of light weights, pilates balls and sometimes barreless barre! Modifications will always be on offer so that no matter what your level of fitness or experience, you can tie up your shoes, point your toes, strengthen, progress and enjoy!!!!
